David Minton is Director of the Northern and Western Regional Assembly (NWRA). Most importantly, a passionate Galwegian, David has worked across both public and private sectors in international development, business development, local and regional government. David is a qualified Urban Planner and holds qualifications in Corporate Governance and Strategy. The NWRA is the primary body responsible for regional development focusing on environmental, social, cultural and economic development. In addition, the NWRA is a Managing Authority for European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) with a reputation for being a leader in accessing EU funding.
