Project Description

Ireland is the first, and only, country in the world to have a national day of free creativity for children and young people under 18. Cruinniú na nÓg is a flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Programme’s Creative Youth Plan to enable the creative potential of children and young people.

As part of this free day of creativity for children and young people, popular youth music project Livefeed has invited some incredible young songwriters, musicians and bands from across Galway City and County for daytime concert in Galway’s iconic music venue, the Róisín Dubh.

The event runs from 2pm – 3:30pm in the Róisín Dubh on June 10th and is free and open to all ages. To book your free place in the audience visit bit.ly/gccmc-tickets.

Livefeed is a Music Generation project for young people interested in music performance, production and promotion. The project provides new opportunities for young people to perform and enjoy live music in safe, alcohol-free environments through a programme of live music events and workshops across Galway city and county.
